4/20

Woke up around 8 to be at work by 9:30. Long walk after work. Run in the evening. To bed around 1.

  • up around 8, 4 or 5 hours of sleep
  • 2 cups of coffee (last around 9pm)
  • lots of exercise and sunlight
  • no alcohol
  • fell asleep around 2
