I think I fell asleep around 3 last night and I got up at about 10am. I did P90X (half of legs and back and about 2/3 of ab ripper) around noon. Did some housework and went to the rock gym for a couple hours in the evening. I was really groggy in the morning and early afternoon, especially after doing strength training, but woke up with some tea and felt pretty energetic in the evening. 1 beer in the evening. To bed around 3am.
Breakdown:
- up at 10 (about 7 hours of sleep)
- lots of exercise
- a couple cups of tea and one cup of coffee
- 1 beer
- not much time outside
