When I got home I wanted to go straight to bed, but I knew this was my best hope of getting on a reasonable schedule and I didn't want to screw it up. I was too exhausted to do anything useful, so I watched a few episodes of the Office on Hulu.
Finally at 9 I gave up the fight. I turned on my fan so that nothing would wake me up and I turned out the lights and fell asleep immediately.
breakdown:
- up at 7
- exercise in the morning
- busy all day
- 5 hour energy at 1
- inactive in the evening
- no alcohol
- white noise (fan) and dark sleeping environment
- to bed at 9 (asleep right away)
